Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Welcome to DashSaver. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What we do
DashSaver is an independent ordering service. You build a cart on DoorDash and share the group order link with us; we place that order on your behalf and arrange delivery to your address, typically at a lower total than ordering it yourself. DashSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash. All DoorDash names and logos are the property of DoorDash, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DashSaver.
3. Placing an order
You are responsible for the contents of the cart you link, the delivery address you provide, and any delivery notes. We place the order based on the information you submit. Each individual cart must be under our stated per-cart limit; you may submit multiple carts in one order.
4. Pricing and payment
Before you pay, we show you a price quote and your savings. The total you see is the total you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Whop); we never see or store your full card details. By paying, you authorize us to place your order.
5. Delivery
Once your order is placed, delivery is fulfilled through DoorDash and its delivery network. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the restaurant, the courier, and your location. We provide a live tracking link when one becomes available.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If we are unable to place your order, you are refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DashSaver for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, not to submit carts containing prohibited items, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a given cart can be placed, that a restaurant is open, or any particular delivery time. Food quality and delivery are ultimately provided by the restaurant and DoorDash.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashSaver’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
