This Privacy Policy explains what information DashSaver collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DashSaver, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

To place your order we collect: the delivery address and any delivery notes you provide, the DoorDash group cart link you submit, your order details and totals, the email address associated with your payment, and any messages you send us through support chat. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to place and deliver your order, provide customer support, send you order confirmations and updates, process refunds, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service, with:

  • DoorDash — to place and deliver your order (your cart and delivery address).
  • Whop — our payment processor, which handles your payment.
  • Service providers — such as our email provider (to send confirmations) and our support tooling (to route and answer your chat messages).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal limits.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use minimal browser local storage to keep your support-chat session working and to remember your recent order on this device. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children

DashSaver is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect changes.
